We ship to all U.S. states. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and we offer free shipping for orders over $200. Please note that during promotional periods or sales, delivery times may be longer than usual. All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days.

Jerusalem Handicrafts accepts returns of undamaged items within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days and notify you via email when the return is completed. Refunds may take 1-3 business days to appear in the original form of payment.
